Carrier dispatch agreement

Plain terms,
signed before dispatch.

Every carrier who hauls through Burrow Automotive Center accepts the same three obligations. They are short on purpose — you should be able to read them once and know exactly where you stand.

7%

of all units dispatched through Burrow Automotive Center, recorded per unit at assignment.

Start carrier onboarding

1. Dispatch fee — 7% of every dispatched unit

Burrow Automotive Center is to receive 7% of all units dispatched through Burrow Automotive Center. The fee is calculated on the carrier's dispatch rate for each unit and recorded against your carrier profile the moment a unit is assigned to you.

2. Insurance before onboarding is complete

Carriers must provide proper proof in commercial driver and cargo insurance before the vetting and onboarding process is completed. Proof means a current certificate of insurance showing active auto liability and cargo coverage. No assignment is issued before that review is finished.

3. Balance due and restrictions

If you fail to pay the 7% dispatch fee to Burrow Automotive Center, your carrier profile is restricted until the balance due to BAC is paid — and non-payment could result in a permanent ban from the BAC app and web pages.

4. Acceptance and records

Acceptance happens during carrier onboarding: you confirm the terms, upload your certificate of insurance, and the BAC desk reviews both before vetting is complete. The date of acceptance is stored on your carrier profile, along with every dispatch fee recorded against you — visible to you at any time under Dispatch fees.

Questions before you sign?

The dispatch desk answers directly — insurance requirements, rate structure, or a balance question.
